Terms and Conditions — [los Hermons ] Yacht Party
1. Age Requirement
This event is strictly for guests aged 16 and above.
Valid photo identification may be required at check-in.
Guests under 16 will not be permitted onboard, and tickets will not be refunded in this case.
2. Alcohol and Substances
This is a non-alcoholic event.
No alcoholic beverages, drugs, or illegal substances are permitted onboard at any time.
Guests found with or under the influence of such substances may be removed from the event without refund.
3. Tickets and Refund Policy
All ticket purchases are non-refundable, except in the event of official cancellation by the organizers.
If the event is canceled by the organizers, refunds will be processed within 48 hours of the cancellation notice.
Tickets are non-transferable and must match the name of the attendee at check-in.
4. Safety and Conduct
All attendees must follow the safety instructions provided by the crew and event staff at all times.
Any behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful may result in removal from the yacht without refund.
The organizers are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
5. Weather and Schedule
The event will proceed in most weather conditions, subject to safety approval.
In cases of severe weather or other circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, the event may be rescheduled or canceled with prior notice.
6. Photography and Media
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please notify event staff upon arrival.
7. Liability
Attendance is at your own risk.
The organizers and yacht operators are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event, except where required by law.

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions
